During my college years, I took a leap and started my first blog, “A Fault by Default,” on WordPress. It was a space where I could express my thoughts and passion for writing, and it became my gateway into the world of content creation.

My first job in an e-commerce company was a big step for me. I dove into content marketing, learning digital marketing on the job. It was a time of growth, filled with challenges and discoveries that shaped my path forward.

Landing a role as Digital Marketing Manager at the alco-bev MNC Pernod Ricard was a dream come true. I led digital marketing for their international portfolio, but I didn’t stop there. That year, I also started freelancing, balancing new projects with clients in California and Gurgaon. It was tough, but incredibly fulfilling.

Moving to Dubai was a huge transition. I became the EMEA Marketing Head while continuing my freelance work. It was a lot to juggle, but I also took the leap to set up my own consulting company, RitikaBhateja.com. Looking back, it was one of the most transformative periods of my life.

In 2019, I made the decision to leave my job and focus fully on my freelancing business. It wasn’t easy, but I built a solid client base across the US, UK, and Dubai. I poured my heart into this journey, and the rewards were more than just professional—they were deeply personal.
